  • Orders are processed within 3 business days after payment is received.

  • Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

  • If we experience a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed by a few days.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Estimated delivery times depend on the shipping option selected at checkout.

  • Delivery delays can occasionally occur and are outside of our control.

3. Domestic & International Shipping

  • We currently ship to addresses within the Netherlands and selected international destinations.

  • International shipping times may vary depending on the destination and customs clearance.

  • Additional customs fees or import taxes (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.

  • While we strive to deliver your order on time, shipping services may occasionally be disrupted due to weather, strikes, or other unforeseen circumstances.
