At Tanah Luna, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a fair return and refund process in accordance with consumer protection regulations.

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery.

  • To be eligible, the product must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

  • Certain products may be non-returnable (e.g., digital downloads, personalized items, or sale items). This will always be clearly indicated at the time of purchase.

2. Return Process

  • To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@hullmusic.com with your order number and reason for return.

  • Once your return request is approved, you will receive instructions on how and where to send the product back.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or defective item).

3. Refunds

  • After your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days, and the amount will be credited to your original payment method.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where we shipped the wrong or defective item.

4. Exchanges

  • If you wish to exchange an item for another size, color, or product, please indicate this when contacting us.

  • Exchanges are subject to availability.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos and order details.

  • We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.
